Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Shipping Time

  • US (United States) Shipping Time: 7-15 business days
  • Other Countries Shipping Time: 7-18 business days

How much does shipping cost?

  • United States and South Korea: $6.99, free on orders of $69 USD or more.
  • European Union: $24 for orders under $150, $44 for orders of $150 to $299.99, $69 for orders of $300 or more. Import duties and VAT are included.
  • United Kingdom: $16 for orders under $150, $29 for orders of $150 or more. Import duties and VAT are included.
  • Other countries: $12.99, free on orders of $150 USD or more.

Note: Shipping fees shown at checkout are partly covered by AREUMIEUR. If an order is returned, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

How Do I Change My Address After Placing An Order?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at [support@areumieur.com].

This correction can only be made before the parcel is dispatched. The ability to change the address after dispatch depends on the discretion of the shipping company. If it cannot be changed, the parcel will eventually be returned to us, and we can either resend it after deducting the return costs or issue a refund

My order status says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Do I have to pay VAT or duties on delivery? (EU and UK)

No. For orders shipped to the European Union and the United Kingdom, import duties and VAT are paid in advance and included in the shipping rate, so nothing more is collected when the parcel arrives.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes? (other countries)

For destinations outside the US, EU and UK, local customs duties and taxes may apply on arrival. They are set by each country and are the responsibility of the customer.
